Opening a Bank Account with ABSA

I have had a trust account with ABSA for about 10 years. I have now registered a second trust for which I need a bank account. I wanted to remain with ABSA for convenience and not have two business bank accounts at separate banks. I need to go in on a Saturday to open the account, but after 5 phone calls have not managed to speak to anyone in business banking to at least tell me what I should bring with me!!! What is wrong with banking in SA???
