Only if staff did their JOBS!

I cannot believe that such a big company can offer such a ********** service. We submitted our Business Fica documents on 13 October & yet ABSA has still put our account in restrictive control!! It's pay day 25 November & I have staff & creditors to pay. Where is the -5star!!! I have emailed & phoned all day but nobody seems to care.
