Only electricity purchase

Looking for a convenient way to buy electricity? Absa moblie is just not it! For over a year now it is a struggle to purchase electricity via the absa mobile site (option not given on the app nor the website by the way). But today was the worse. I have been attempting to do so since 1pm and it's now 9pm (silly me I thought it would be fixed by now). I saw a smi**** complaint dating from April and a respond promising to fix the issue, maybe we should wait April 2016 for a sign of progress. <br> There's one aspect of Absa service it should refrain from advertising cause you are guaranteed to sleep in the dark!
