Online ******* using Absa bank

I called Absa bank ***** department yesterday enforming them of an online company that is ******** people and they are using Absa bank... I called them to look into this company not that I am saying they must bring back my money but lots of people are being ****med by these people and they can help catch these ********* and not work with them they took my ID and told me they will get back to me with more details this morning but I have not had anything from them. Online ****s are getting worse every day and this major bank will not even bother looking into this I am glad I am not with them I would want a bank who take such matters very seriously.
