Online Personal Loans is stuck in its own way

I don't understand Why Absa have an online system for personal loans?

My Father is preapproved for a loan and now I am trying to help him do the loan. But every time on different platforms it keeps Hanging/Calculation or whatever before you get the outcome of the lone or supporting document request. My father have a speech impediment and that is why he prefer online.
