Online Home Loan Application Missing?
Online home loan application has disappeared into thin air and we have to redo the application putting us 3 days behind schedule. All evidence points to application being received and under review so why can't the agents pick it up on their systems? This is unacceptable, if you have the option to submit applications online then the online system needs to be work, we should not be penalised for something outside of our control. Can this be investigated asap.
