Online credit card application is a nightmare

Hi I app**** online for a credit card on the 4th of this month and i might say the process has been tiring and frustrating. I was told my authentication could not be completed as my image was not on the home affairs database. I had to queue at home affairs for four days just to get my image uploaded and after all the efforts i haven't received any updates or a call to complete my authentication. Can i get a feedback on my application please.
