Online Credit Card Application

I app**** for an ABSA credit card online on 9 October 2015. Ended up with a problem and call centre agent did a re-capture to complete application. Was approved for a platinum credit card, and received quote on 23 Oct 2015. Still no card received, after being told it would take 5 working days from quote being issued. Have had issue escalated 3 times, and only to be told this morning I am still on \FICA hold". I have submitted docs 3 times and even been into branch. Was told 2 weeks ago that all docs were received and were in good order"
