Congratulations on the rebranding, looks very good. However, i would like enquire from the ABSA about the possibility of including the Lotto purchasing feature in the online banking. The online banking user friendliness and layout functions far exceeds other banks, however without this Lotto feature u are lacking behind your other couterparts. Kindly upgrade the online banking to include this purchasing feature of Lotto.
