Online banking

ABSA business I am trying to reach you for online banking assistance!!!!! I called 3 times yesterday and spoke to 3 different people but kept getting cut off!!! Now the line just rings and no answer!!!!!! I also can't understand why no staff employed at the branches are trained in online banking to assist customers??????
