Online Application Withdrawn Without Communication

I app**** online for ABSA home loan. I submitted the requisite documents to the allocated agent. ABSA withdrew application on grounds of document non-submission, reinstated the application after receiving the documents and later Declined the application. All of these done without notifying me. I dont have bad credit, I can afford the loan amount so I dont have a clue why it was DECLINED.
