Online Application

I submitted an application via online banking on the 12 of November, Was provisionally approved and then got an sms on 16th to say kindly contact your point of application to finalise the payout of your approved ABSA loan. <br> <br> Tried phoning the contact center on the 16th I was told it will be finalized by close of business, nothing happened and no one contacted me. Called again on the 17th I was told the same thing, even today the 18 still the same.<br> <br> Please would somebody give me feedback as to what is going on here.
