Online Account application

I opened my account with absa online banking, i sent in what i thought was required and the account was opened successfully. i went to the branch in northmead mall to collect my card and i had with the same proof of residence and ID as i thought required. they could not move my salary for some reason i did it myself. to cut a long story short, on my salary date i could not make any payments or even withdraw my money because of FICA. i went to the branch in lakeside mall where i had to do an avidavit, and was told within an hour my funds will be available. Guess what it is Monday today i am still waiting. no petrol to work, school transports not paid, i can go on and on...... Why did i move to this bank?
