One week later and still nothing

Another week has passed and I am no closer to knowing where I stand with my application. I received a phone call on Friday after my last complaint and was promised a follow up on Monday. I had to call on Monday and Tuesday - still waiting for a Supervisor to call me back. Sent an email on Wednesday - got another very apologetic reply, probably similar to the one I will get on this review... still waiting for someone to call me. Huge promises on their website... made my application on the 02nd November - 25 days later and still no closer to an answer!
