One of the Gems @ ABSA

I have been a private bank client with ABSA for about 18 years and they have never disappointed me. Today is yet another example. With the overall unacceptable level of service one receives across the board from service providers these days I was so impressed with the professionalism and willingness to help from Ms Nonjabulo Sikhakhane from ABSA PRIVATE ASSIST whom made every effort to assist and explain processes and procedures calling me back giving me time to work through the quotation. She is absolutely remarkable and must be one of those who said "send me" when the President called on people to make a change in SA. I only hope that ABSA will not only see her worth but also acknowledge it. Thank you Nonjabulo Sikhakhane☺
