One Home Loan application 2 different verdicts - HOME LOAN Deposit forfeited Thanks TO ABSA
App**** for a vacant land loan with ABSA BANK furnished them with all necessary documents, was declined on the 22/08/2016 via email Reasons: 1. Affordability - income to be validated (Supp**** them with letter from my accounting officer confirming salary and bank statements as supporting document. 2.Loss on Management Statements
When I approached the lawyers to get my deposit back which I had put down for the land, ABSA Home Loans has since altered the reasons why I was declined second letter of decline which I requested on 2017/08/02 2nd Reasons: "We have assessed your home loan application and wish to advise that we currently do not have sufficient credit information to fully assess your creditworthiness - we regret to inform you your application was unsuccessful.
