One hand does not know what the other hand is doing?!
First, ABSA supp**** me with a wrong date Statement which I have requested for 2012. Then I get an email statement thereafter, but could not find what I was looking for. I then requested another statement for 2012, then get a response, that I need to visit their branch as they do not send out statements before 2014? All between these long waiting days and the lockdown.
