Once again pathetic service from ABSA I direct

Deja vu, absolutely pathetic service from these people once gain for the exact same issue i. e out bonus this happened last year already my outbonus was due at the end of January then I was told noooo you will get it 45days after January. In February I phoned in for an unrelated matter and was told that the out bonus would be paid on the 15th of March. Well it is now the 25th of March after holding on for 15minutes I was told that no the out bonus would be paid at the end of October because my insurance was canceled I don't know by who and ABSA couldn't tell me who canceled my policy also. When I queried this then like magic in told that actually no the bonus will be paid at the end of March and "sorry for prior misinformation". I am livid! Asked to be put throght to the cancelation department after waiting a further 12minutes the person on the other hand totally dismissed me to a point where I hung up.

I am now more convinced than ever that ABSA I direct will never pay for a claim for my car which is worth over R300000 if they are ducking and diving over an out bonus.
