Once again ABSA you have failed me

I am a pensioner who has been a client of Absa bank for the last 40 odd years, I have my home loan account, had my vehicle finance, had my car insurance and have my home owners insurance with them. But every time I put in a claim from my home owners insurance there is always an issue to get the claim paid, so tired of the excuses it was an act of God, due to poor maintenance we can only pay this amount, if you want to contest it please go ahead, you will be lucky if we even give you anything, take it or leave it. Recently there was heavy rains in Durban, my wall collapsed as a result, my car was damaged. The assessor came out , said it's a shared wall, they will only pay half of the repairs, who can build a wall for R15000.00 and it's not my neighbors wall its my wall, firstly every time I call in I get a different consultant who's says we hear you and will try our best to assist you, but to no avail they never call me back, I then have to call back, being a pensioner hold on and the process starts again, my claims consultant is Cynthia Mailula, she is always sick and not at work or always busy on a call, she never responds to the email that we send her, neither does she return the calls, I called asking for her team leader, the team leader has gone home, I called asking for the manager the manager Shaun Gys, he's also never available, it's almost like when I give them my claim number and they see it's me, they are not available. I need ABSA's urgent attention on this matter, this wall is a hazard and if more heavy rains come the damage is going to be far worse.
