On what grounds do ABSA exceed a debit order
ABSA EXPLAIN HOW YOU DECIDE TO EXCEED A DEBIT ORDER? AS THE CLIENT I'M SURE YOU CANNOT DISREGARD MY INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING A DEBIT ORDER! EXPLAIN!
