Old lady cannot use digital channels, please help
My 93 year old, bedridden grandmother needs assistance with her tax certificates. However, the branch is unable/unwilling to assist, stating that it must be requested via the online channels (cell phone banking, internet banking) which she is unable to use.
Please can someone contact me to assist with providing this information. Thanks.
