Old account sold to MBD Attorneys

An Old Virgin Credit Card Account was sold to MBD Attorneys. This account had reached its expiration date on my profile, as last paid towards this account in 2010.<br> <br> Now they have this old account (Virgin Credit Card), the changed the debt to being a loan account, and furthermore put a judgment on my profile.<br> <br> Please guide me to how this can rectified, as more than 3 years have passed on the lifecycle of this account, and it should of being removed from my profile.<br> Regards, <br>
