O J V/D WESTHUIZEN : ***** ABSA BANK

On 9th September 2024 someone phoned me and said they are from ABSA ***** and someone is busy on my aacount. They new all my accounts and personal info. I believed them. The lady said I must work on my phone so that she could help me. In that time she took all my money and before I could ask what is going on my money was gone and she.

Then my son told me this is not Absa *****. He phoned the right number and we reported it immediately. They gave me a case number and told me what to do. I did everything. Affidavit at the Police, bank statements everything. Then I wait for 20 days as they told me. And everytime I had to phone just to get the same answer. At the 30th September I could here they did not work on my savings account just my cheque and credit card. On 22/10/2024 I've got the money from my credit card to pay it in. And then on 15 November the money from my cheque account. I lost over R305,188.85 from my savings. Every week I had to phone and every time I got the same answer "they waiting for the other banks". Since December I've heard nothing from the ***** unit. My case nr with them ASZA-2***6. I am a pensioner and are really in need of my money they stole from me. Hope you could help me.
