Numerous Attempts to Close Credit Card For 2 weeks and still it is opened

I have dealt with your callcentre for more than 2 weeks and still my credit card account is still not closed ,I have also logged 2 Hellopeter compliants which was not attend to efficoently ,I have dealt with numerous people 1.Lewis, Claudette: CASE REF: ********** 2.Dalindyebo Valashiya 3.Mpumi-REF ********** 5 still no feedback
