Numbers dont work!! Ongoing struggle to contact ABSA

I am a long standing customer with ABSA and new to their insurance division. However for years now, you never get hold of them telephonically, lines are always 'congested' or 'unobtainable'!! it does not matter what time of the month of year you try to phone customer care. I really need to get hold of their insurance division urgently...
