Nuisance phone calls from ABSA

For the past month or two i have been receiving numerous SMS's and phone calls from MBD INC and ABSA looking for a MR KILDASE. I have on numerous occasions made it very clear that I am not MR KILDASE and that the continuous calls and SMSs are a nuisance and bordering on plain harassment. Irrespective of this the calls still continue.

It is clear that ABSA did not do their due diligence when they vetted MR KILDASE before they loaned him money. Now they are harassing an innocent party continually because they did not make sure that they have the correct contact details prior to giving them a loan.

Compounding the issue is that even after being informed on numerous occasions that they have the wrong number they are unable to fix it.
