NTN Seniorbud debit order of R99.99

I`m being debited monthly for an amount of R99.99 by NTN Seniorbud. I don't know who they r & I gave them no permission to debit my account! ABSA Bank just tells me they can not stop this debit order from their side! So anybody can come and just take money out of my account? What proof does the bank have that I gave these people authority to debit my account? I want answers and my money paid back to me. I hve googled Seniorbud but, like so many other people, came up with nothing! I feel it is the banks responsibility to keep my money save! I am extremely upset about this and feels that the bank does not have my best interest and my money's best interest at heart! I want answers and soon! If I do not get the answers about who these ********** are and how to stop this unauthorized way of *****ing my money, I am going to the Ombudsman! We need to stop them!!
