Nthabiseng Sibanda(Absa) unreliable
<p>She called us this morning regarding the complaint that I laid on this platform and promise to call back shortly to resolve the matter but till now DOLOLO.When we call customer care we are told that turn around time is 5 working days.Debit orders unable to run on the account due to unprofessional service.George Mathibe informs us that some other consultant activated the bit order to run irrespective that it goes off from that salary advice,I guess the consultant wanted to reach target at our expense.</p>

You did not even call my husband (your client) instead you pretended like nothing happened and knocked off as usual because you didnt care about the outcome.Thank you Precious for getting back to us and making sure that we were refunded back our money.Nthabiseng needs more training on how to really put the client first.
