Now that's what I call customer service

<p>To get great service these days seems to be a fairy tale or and old folk story BUT the team at Absa bank Westgate Mall in Mitchells Plain has given new meaning to the words customer service. Marco Hendricks sir I take my hat off to you for going over and beyond sorting out my banking issues. Not once did I feel that I was not taken care of or that my issues was not understood, not only did you fix the issue but you gave me great advise to make my banking easier going forward. To the branch manager Archie thank you sir for taking time out of your busy day to help me now that is the true definition of a manager, assist your team and be part of the team not sit in a office behind closed doors acting superior to the world. Well done My team I am a proud Absa Bank customer </p>
