Novofx app app challenges and no help from novofx support

Created profile on Novofx but struggling to complete the onboarding. Tried everything and the app keep spinning with message that I will be contacted but I have not been contacted for almost a week now. I have sent a number of emails to novofx support but no response from that support team all. Very frustrated with the kind of service which is such a very bad client experience
