Notify Me - Able to subscribe incurring costs but not able to unsubscribe via Online Banking

Unable to remove notify me subscribers via Online Banking... Able to add new one's of course but removing one and reducing banking costs no - you would need to go into a bank because getting through on the help line feels impossible.

Terrible to hook you in for a subscription conveniently but then making it difficult to unsubscribe.
