Notes for info put on account

There is current an active Credit proctection plan from Absa Credit paying the installments on my Credit. Two payments have already been received. Payments happen on the 11 to 14th of each month. I have spoken to ABSA to put notes on my account providing details of the monthly payments,date etc.for information on future payments. This morning 10 May, I have received this reminding message. " Absa: Reminder: Your credit card payment for account number ending in 9015 is due tomorrow. Auth FSP/NCRCP7. ABSA Credit Dept does not look at notes put specifally on my acc to notify of future payments, just send out demanding reminder messages. What is the purpose of putting notes on a accounting if it is not being noticed. ABSA contacted me to thank me of previous payments made by Credit Life. Seems to me they dont even know their own proceses. Can the Credit Card please take notes that is put on an account before sending demanding reminder messages. Can a supervisor or someone in high position contact me regarding this.
