Not valued by ABSA

I’ve banking with ABSA for 22 years and think now it is the time I jilt them for someone who is gonna appreciate me as the customer. I recently hit a snag twice with ABsaIn April 2023, in consultation with the consultant, I settled my vehicle account and confirmed that with the email. Lo and behold, 3 weeks later ABSA debits my account claiming I haven’t closed my account and would have to wait for 3 days for them to refund, meanwhile I had debit order that needed to run. I was not happy with their stance. Then the straw that broke the camels back was on the 5th of May of which I needed to collect my enatis documents at Clearwater which i ordered online. I received the sms that my documents are ready for collection and I should bring my ID, I walked into the branch with my ID and was told I needed to follow the process and should wait in line for the documents that are ready. By the way the document could have been couriered to my house and wasn’t gonna Experience the fuss from ABSA. I’ve been contemplating on moving my account another bank and had been procrastinating, now is the time.
