Not Updating the Credit BUreaus

Please advise WHY my credit report hasn't been updated timeously? You did an update at the credit bureau on the 30th of April. Since then, I've settled all arrears and my account is in good standing with you. However, it is now the 1st of June, and still no update has been done, and it reflects that I am still in arrears, which is affecting my credit score.
