Not updating payments at credit bureau

I pulled my credit record this week and Absa has not updated any kind of payments since August 2013. To make things worse it shows that my instalment is the actual capital debt and that has affected my credit record negatively. I have been paying religiously. Tried asking that question at the attorneys they took me to but all of a sudden no response after the whole day they had been communicating with me.
