Not updating itc

Can someone please explain to me why my account ***3 reflects as in default on itc?

I have paid up the initial debt for the vehicle last year and now paying off the balloon which i wasnt even aware of in the beginning.

Where and when was this account "handed over"?

Please send me a letter/statement that shows this account is up to date and not handed over asap.
