Not Treating me Fairly

I have requested for a payment relief, ABSA said they will grant 50%, on my vehicle account. To my shock they debited full amount, regardless of the email they sent to confirm the relief is approved.I also asked for power of attorney to be granted to family member, when I am available they can resolve any issues
