NOT TCF COMPLIANT

<p> I have been enjoying the benefits of owning credit card with Virgin money for many years. Last year I was left stranded my husband left me behind with the kids destitute financially and unemployed since I was persuing my business.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just like any other account Virgin money credit card was also affected as i was unable to pay, howver i managed to stand up and secure contract with a small salary. Last month i wasn contacted and notified that i need to make payment of what i can afford to hold the account to be handed to court. i went around and borrowed that money R500 and i paid it. PROOF OF P;AYMENT WAS SENT TO ********** <p> </p> <p>The following Monday i was contacted to arrange Debit order and the consulted confirmed that it was done. I also received email from Thabiso Ncube who confirmed the debit order. The agreed date of payment the 25th when i get my salary. Indeed on the 25th my acccount was debited R1200 as agreed.</p> <p>Day before yesterday i received a court summon!</p> <p>But why all the trouble of making arrangements and you still proceed with your sermon story?</p> <p> </p> <p>And why was i misled by your consultants lead to believe that if i make regular payment at least i wont be prosecuted????</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this to be very abusive and bully, all this years i was paying you accordingly now that IM down you make matter worse by taking my kids bread money and still proceed with your nonsence.</p> <p> </p> <p>You need to enducate your staff about TCF because i might not be able to pay the lumpsum that you want but i have shown commitement to pay and who said the situation will remain as is?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
