Not Salary paid, no notification

I was dismissed, 27/11/2015 after i had submitted my resignation the 18/11/2015 i was told my last salary will be this month 20/12/2015. To my suprise all my debit orders are going off and there is no income and i wasnt told this so i didnt make arrangements, it will be Christmas on Friday no grocery money, i can not travel home, i called in the morning to spoke to someone they said a special advance can be done, when my manager calls they said it cant be done, he spoke to Chivon and had a ***. I have supporting my mother in the EC i can not afford not to have my income, i have been in a branch they said it shows on the Basic Enquiry, please resolve
