Not replying

Yesterday I contacted Me. Michelle Paul in regards the finance of my Ford Ranger. I needed some urgent information in regards to what would happen in the event of my death. I sent a WhatsApp to her on 082*****15. She did not even had the curtesy to reply to my message. I had to call her today, and she didn't even offer me any explanation why she did not contact me back. She went on to dismiss me and say it's not her department and she will send me WhatsApp with the details. I received the number but still no apology just a number and that was it. I think it's a total disgrace in which manner I as a ABSA Private client was handled.
