Not removing paid up account from credit score

I had an ABSA credit card which was handed over a while back. I paid all the arrears and I closed off the account in October.<br> <br> Now, I am unable to apply for a home loan because the same credit card reflects on my credit report as being 7 months in arrears. It also states that the amount owing is over R4000. Even though I have paid that account up to date and have the letters for the account closure, ABSA has not bothered to remove it from my report, thus blocking me from buying a home.<br> <br> Please remove it IMMEDIATELY, as it has been paid in full.
