Not received a single statement in 2 years

HI<br> <br> I have a student loan with Absa. All was fine until I completed my studies. Once completed, my account gets debit ordered every month, but i am yet to receive a single statement. I have gone into the bank on numerous occasions only to be turned away since my mother signed surety. My mother has been in several times as well to change the postal address and email for statements(which was correct in the 1st place), but still nothing has ever been sent to either of us. I eventually managed to get a printed statement after arguing with the bank clerk that she can clearly see that a debit order goes off every month and my mother does not have time to come in all the time. This is unacceptable. Am i even paying my student loan? I don't know how much i owe? I cannot afford to come into Absa and struggle every month for a statement, which i probably get charged for too. Plus i need to take time off work. I really hope this can be sorted out, because i have had enough of this now.
