Not proffessional enough

Well we took a home with ABSA beginning of 2012 and were charged high interests because we were not ABSA clients (sort of punishment) ZAR4600 one bedroom flat. Before we got the loan we attended a compulsory workshop for all new home owners and we were advised THAT PAYMENT WILL NOT GO THROUGH ON THE FIRST MONTH OR EVEN TWO, we then did not pay after we had moved in on march 2012. After our second month in the house we received threats form ABSA where they said we were in areas and they needed double payment or else consequences, we were young (still are) so we did not want a bad record, we sold our car and paid the areas amount resulting in a set back. since we were charged high interest we pleaded and begged and then finally after a year or so it was reduced to ZAR3800. we continued on and my partner lost his job meaning payment could not be made regularly on the bond s there was only one income. we tried making arrangements with the bank but all failed and we got ourselves in huge areas .we then decided to sell now we keep getting new agents assigned us and they all vanish into thin air when we think there is a lead and someone is ready to purchase the house. ABSA home loan!!!???
