NOT ISSUING A NATIS DOCUMENT IS THEFT!!!!!

Since April I have been corresponding with the admin department that deals with the NATIS documents. I have requested my NATIS document from ABSA which by law I am entitled to. The NATIS document was apparently sent to Auckland Park Branch which according to them no longer exists anymore. I do not work or stay in the area, so why anyone would of sent it there in the first place only they will know. However despite numerouse phone calls and emails to ********** ********** ********** with REFERENCE: ********** 9 no one has even bothered to contact me. So ABSA is just bluntly refusing to send me my NATIS which i never received in the first place. This vehicle has now been sold and the deal will not pull through unless i have my original NATIS. I would like to advise them that if I do not receive this NATIS by friday and i loose this deal they will be held accountable. I have spent hours and effort in calling and emailing them but no response.
