Not interested in potential business

Saturday I was at the ABSA Table view branch. I app**** for private vehicle financing and was provisionally approved. I was told that I would have an absa employee call me on Monday 27/07/2015. I was happy about this as the person who was selling me his car was willing to wait ( he also had offers from dealerships). I called twice on Monday and they kept promising me that Linda would call me back. I was told by the owner of the car he has to let the dealership know by 12pm on Tuesday. It is now Tuesday and still haven't heard from Linda. Thanks to ABSA I lost the car I wanted to buy. I have a bond with ABSA and my fiance is with absa. I can guarantee you that as soon as we can, we are both changing banks and i will do my best to avoid using you at all costs.
