NOT impressed with absa VF No statements and I need to go to the bank to get them for what

I have just had a ****py annoying response from ABSA, I am not receiving my statements for my vehicle and when I query this I am told to go to the nearest branch with my bank statement, what bull nonsense is that? Can they not give a statement because they are cooking the account as it is the reason for me not getting the statement in the first place? What has my bank statement from anothe bank got to do with them sending a statement? They are quick to debit my account but for pit's sake cannot give a statement, Why must i go stand on the long ques for them to send me a statement flip am leaving this **** bank.
