Not impressed about the waiting and was unable to be assisted still!!!

Wow! How many days does it take to open an account at ABSA? Was there for more than an hour and still couldn't open a mere savings account. I am told to come back the next day to start the whole process again. Who does that in this day and age? By the way I am an existing Customer.
