Not helping the less fortunate South Africans.

The major banks FNB, ABSA, STANDARD BANK are the real reason why we South Africans have so many backyard dwellers. I app**** for a home loan with Absa and was declined yesterday. My sister stays in a two bedroom granny flat which I had built because the banks refuse to give them a home loan. They have been paying me R4500 for the passed two years with no problem. I can not in my right mind understand that I was declined but the rent money that they pay me can just as easily go for the new bond as the installment on that property is R3200. I sent all proof of payments made but still was declined and said I could not afford it.
