Not happy with service

Good day, Absa bank repossessed my vehicle on the 11 June 2021 while the vehicle was 2 months in arrears , I went to the branch I called the vehicle call Centre department & I was advised that my file was being handled by a risk officer .... now I’m getting SMS’s that I need to make payment for my normal installments and I haven’t even been sent any documents to show if the vehicle was auctioned or not so the balance can be paid . What’s confusing me is why am I still being debited the normal installment whilst I don’t even have the vehicle with me
