Not happy with products

I joined ABSA Activate Car Insurance last month, they installed the telematics and the panic button but, the panic button is not working, it's been a few weeks since I have installed it, I saw some lady who said her panic button is not working, I just decided to try mine. It's not working, I pressed so many times today, no call, no sms, no communication from ABSA to ask if everything is alright. The car insurance is a bit expensive but because of the benefits such as panic button and the telematics, I just thought it was worth it, coz safety is important to me, but now I can see that it's not worth it. Their telematic app doesn't record all trips, if I try to search the dates and trip history, some are not there. It's not really value for money. I just ask myself what would have happened if I was in a very compromising situation needing their help with their emergency panic button. I will be definitely switching. Dissapoited, especially because during sales process their agent are so very friendly and assisting but their products it's a lie... If there's anyone who's willing to join please do not be fooled by their telematics, it's not worth it, as it doesn't record all trips. You till need to install a tracker.
